A graduate of the first ISH cohort, Kath currently works in the Strategy team for a Premier League football club. As the co-founder and co-lead of the club's global Women's Network, Kath is passionate about diversity and inclusion, striving to make sport appealing and accessible for all, a topic on which she focused her MA thesis. Outside of her football work, Kath is a big sports fan, with a keen interest in tennis, cricket and F1.
