ISH has two core missions. First, to nurture and inspire the current and future generation of leaders inside sport (winning sports teams and also successful sports businesses). Secondly, ISH uses sport to capture, distil and communicate transferable insights, relating them to business challenges in other sectors.

There is particular focus on:

  • Using smarter recruitment/Talent ID to build cohesive teams

  • How to harness data analytics alongside intuitive insight   

  • Leveraging the social and historical context to inform long-term decisions and aligned communication
